Multi-venue booking softwarefor sports chains

Manage all your venues from one account. Granular per-venue roles, multi-owner access, independent AFIP billing per venue.

The problem of running multiple venues in separate spreadsheets

When you have more than one complex, chaos multiplies. Each venue has its own WhatsApp, spreadsheet, manager, way of charging. Want to check how the weekend venue is going or see the other one's bar cash flow? You ask for screenshots or log into separate accounts. And at month-end you manually sum what each venue did.

  • No unified operational visibility — manually sum each venue for your monthly report.
  • Each venue uses its homemade system or WhatsApp group; nobody knows the others.
  • Can't quickly see which venue is empty today or how each is doing right now.
  • Adding a partner or trusted manager means sharing passwords or creating parallel accounts.

How multi-venue works in ChatIAR

One account, all your venues. Each venue lives as a "Location" inside the same tenant: own catalog, courts, tables, team, AFIP fiscal profile and config. As owner you have access to all and pick which to view at any time — without switching login.

  • No technical venue limit — add as many as you need.
  • Navigate between venues from one place, without logging out and into another account.
  • One or multiple owners/partners can see every venue from their own logins.
  • Each venue has its own independent public booking link to share on socials.
  • WhatsApp reminders with correct venue address and details per booking.
  • Per-venue config of courts, prices, bar products and combos.
  • Centralized audit trail: see every admin action across every venue.

Roles and per-venue permissions

Not all admins see the same. Assign granular roles based on who they are:

  • Owner: you. Access to all venues and the tenant meta-panel.
  • Venue super_admin: the main manager of a venue, broad permissions only there.
  • Venue admin: day-to-day operator with limited permissions.
  • Viewer: read-only for accountants or others who need to see without touching.
  • Many-to-many assignment: an admin can have access to one venue or many, as needed.

Per-venue visibility

Each venue has its own panel with its metrics: revenue, occupancy, bookings, customer list, bar sales, expenses, AFIP receipts. As owner you access each venue from a menu and pick which to review. Metrics are per-venue; there's no (yet) single dashboard that sums all venues into one number.

Independent AFIP billing per venue

Each venue keeps its own fiscal config:

  • Own CUIT per venue.
  • Independent point-of-sale and AFIP certificate.
  • Billing mode: disabled, manual or automatic as preferred per venue.
  • Archived receipts per venue for 10-year fiscal compliance.
  • If one venue issues Factura A and another Factura C, each keeps its profile without interference.

Typical use cases

  • Court chain (3-10 venues across neighborhoods or cities) under one brand.
  • Large complex with multiple independent areas (courts + canteen + school).
  • Partnership with multiple owners where each needs global access without sharing passwords.
